WebPlanex: GST Invoice India

We had a terrible experience recently with the app after using them for more than a year. They have held us ransom to upgrading our plan to access previous month data which we have already paid for. It was excruciating and we had to eventually do as they said as the data required was time sensitive. Their support team blames it on company policies - but what sort of company policy takes away your data which you have already paid for and are still paying them for their current month plan as well?

This is extremely unjust, unfair and would cross a line of cheating and holding us ransom. I'm disgusted by their unfair practices and am going to look at actively finding a new application for this.
