Once you learn how to use this program it's not that difficult and you'll be happy that you took the time to figure out how to use it. There is a learning curve but I have had nothing but great interaction with their representatives. My questions have all been answered quickly and with patience I sometimes didn't deserve with the silly questions I might be asking. If you want to customize products, this is the way to go. Once you set it up, you're done. Give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it.
