App is not as straightforward as it seems. But the support is good. They were working on some issues, but I was not informed that they were, it just seemed like they were ignoring me.
In the end, the apps works as initially expected. Beware of the Transaction Fees going into sales as a negative amount. I prefer those fees going to an expense. Finally got that working after some struggle.
Thanks for taking the time to share this, Rose — and glad you got the transaction fees routing to an expense account the way you wanted. You're right that we should have kept you better informed while we were working through those issues, and that's fair feedback we're taking seriously. Really pleased it's all working as expected now.
