I am really delighted with this app, and the amazing customer service I received. Liam was lovely to work with, and SUPER helpful with providing assistance. I like that this app provides a summary of reviews, similar to the way Amazon does, which helps customers understand more quickly what is most important to know about a product. Customers can get bogged down and confused (and abandon shopping) when there are multiple reviews, and it really helps to have this summary. Great app!
