Shein: Clothing Dropshiping

I’ve been with them for 2 month and no orders are being fulfilled. They’re telling me to wait as there is an issue for their tech team but they are still charging me for subscription fees when the service they advertise is not working. I’m scared they won’t refund me. Why is shopify not doing anything about it? I don’t know I’ve tried to reach out to shopify as they too are advertising the company and they reply was to only go back to stylesi. All I’m getting from stylesi is being made to wait for a service that I have already paid for for 2 months. Someone help me please.
