I'm definitely happy with the app.
After installation, it asked me to connect to Australia Post Business, then it asks to confirm a few details, what size label you will be printing on, etc.
Once done, you get a grid of all orders. You just make sure the right boxes are selected, shipping speed and whether you want to buy more insurance or signature services.
When you go to the next screen, it shows you all the charges broken down, which I verified by double-checking the rates with Australia Post (same) and hit confirm and out came the two labels in a single doc, which was easy to print out. No more copy/pasting!!!! Woohoo!
Now, one thing I do recommend doing before using this app is ensuring your addresses are correctly entered by your customers in the orders page.
I hope they keep their free plan for us small businesses. I definitely will get the paid plan if we ever go over the 100 labels per month.
Their support person Subham was very eager to help me out with the installation and ensuring I could use the app.
