This review is left specifically for my interactions with Alice. After back and forth for 7 days to try and fine tune the ATC to my liking. Alice did an amazing job and was able to deliver exactly what i asked for. My previous review was also directed towards Alice. I am extremely happy with the work that was provided alongside the customer service, and determination to get what i requested. the QATC button works exactly as i have dreamed.
