The 'Progressive Hunt' functionality is not working. After activation, the icon was displayed only 1 time (out of 3). The support is just terrible. They didn't respond at all, although it's not a free app. It's not worth the money.
Hello Dailydream - thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and our apologies that you had issues with the "Progressive Hunt" feature.
Based on support messages, it looks like we solved the issue, but a bit late for your campaign. The issue was related to other settings conflicting with "Progressive Hunt" multi-stage pop-ups. We pushed out a fix for all stores yesterday.
We went ahead and issued a refund for you.
