This is simply an elite app and elite support team. Really, they are incredible at receiving feedback and bringing great solutions to their clients, I swear from my own experience.
They didn't hesitate to answer me all the times I asked for their help and the solutions they gave me surely made my site achieve a whole new level when we talk about UX.
