Essential Upsell & Cross Sell

My path to this app: Honeycomb's funnel approach isn't quite right for our sales philosophy, and its upsell rule (i.e., *replace* item A with item B) is simply too aggressive. I've used Mageworx Upsell, and it's okay but ultimately too limited and lacks elegance. Essential Upsell and Cross Sell hits the sweet spot for me. It's extremely well thought-out, and makes it simple to implement cross-sells and "frequently bought together" upsells, which are most useful for our shop. Graphic design is highly customizable. You can set up all the add-ons you need in a way that supports a customer development journey. And they have a countdown timer app too. Customer service is responsive and helpful.
