I've just set up this app and think I got lucky because it was free (for now). It's simple yet exactly what I needed to help my customers reach out to my small business via WhatsApp. The staff helped me set up a couple of final steps and ran a test to see everything was working ok. Great customer support and I wish the company the best of luck!
