Armex: Block Checkout Bots

First, the support from the team at Armex has been stellar. This team has gone above and beyond in helping me stop the bots that were constantly causing problems for me. After months of issues, I am bot free thanks to the team here at Armex.

I am not very techy and had concerns about the changes needed to keep my website safe and secure. I really don't understand how this all works and I was worried I would make mistakes and create a bigger mess. Ashley walked me thru the process step by step and explained everything in a very clear and concise manner that I could easily understand. The DNS changes weren't as hard as I feared and the whole process was actually quite easy once I knew what steps to take. She provided me with screen shots of what steps to take with instructions that were easy for me to understand and carry out.

We had to make a few changes and tweak some things as we went bc the road to blocking bots isn't always clear but they had answers and solutions for me along the way as we problem solved.

The team took the time to address my many, many questions and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding how this whole process works. Honestly, I haven't dealt with a better team here on Shopify. If you need help with bots, this is the app to get! I highly recommend.
(it is amazing to me that Shopify can't help us sort this out!)
