Quinn seemed simple and easy to use. The reels looked fine on a PC, but were grayed out on mobile. Their support said the site was loading slowly and should work once fully loaded. That didn't make sense to me as we also use a app to compress images and video and keep our site running quickly. The site isn't very big - it's one product! So I asked again and clarified it didn't run on mobile. Same response...So I uninstalled and tried another app that did similar, worked perfectly without any other changes.
