SP Lite ‑ Dropship Agents

Unfortunately, my experience has not been good and is far from what I expected.

1. They claim to offer 24/7 support, but today I had an issue from early morning and no one responded. I waited until 9 PM, and still no one showed up to help.
2. The app.sp-lite.com platform is extremely slow.
3. The store is linked, but no products are showing in the Products section.
4. The chat with support keeps loading loadg like for ever.
