Update 2026:
After using the platform for nearly a year, I felt it was important to update my original review. Unfortunately, in recent months I started experiencing recurring issues with order uploads, which significantly affected my business operations. Initially, support suggested that the problems were on my side, but later acknowledged that the issues were actually related to their own servers and infrastructure.
While the support team remained responsive, I often found myself repeatedly contacting support and waiting for updates before being able to continue processing orders. These delays impacted my ability to serve customers on time, and unfortunately I lost several clients as a result of missed deadlines.
My experience during the first months was positive, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I sincerely hope the platform can improve its stability and server reliability in the future, as it has strong potential when everything is working properly.
