they charge two times the phone number fees. wtf. very bad app dont use it. no customer support

We carefully checked your account and confirmed that you were not charged twice for the same number.
Here’s exactly what happened on your account:
• The first $1.56 was charged when you activated your first phone number.
• Later, you manually changed your number to a new one inside the dashboard.
• Before confirming the change, a big pop-up clearly explains that switching numbers creates a new monthly charge and replaces the old number.
• That second $1.56 charge is for the new number you selected.
There is no duplicate billing. You were billed for two different numbers, at two different times - exactly as shown in your account history.
