I'd like to give credit where credit is due. Yesterday I inadvertently paid for a service that I was only researching. In other wards I was not yet sure I wanted to use the service and really intended to do the three day trial, then determine if this was for me. Come to find out that the option I chose was the pro level and this particular subscription is meant to be paid as soon as you subscribe. I reached out to the app support and explained what had happened. Even though this option stipulates a no refund policy, Princess Elaine and Renato Gaia worked with the shopify vender to get me a full refund. They were nice about pointing out my oversight on the type of subscription and were prompt to getting in touch with shopify to that issue a full refund. 5 star customer service. These two professionals, went above and beyond. Will be back to build my store under this app once I have all my ducks in a row.
