The app keeps re-adding sold or corrected inventory, allowing sales of out-of-stock products.
I've messaged the developer several times about it, they've been wonderfully responsive, which is great - and I've done what they've asked - but it keeps happening.
Re: Response below -
The only reason those refunds were made were due to insufficient stock, a symptom of exactly what I'm mentioning above. Therefore, when editing the order or creating a refund, I specifically make a point of UNCHECKING the 'Restock items' field. I've never had an issue with this in 8 years of Shopify using other inventory tracking apps.
The issue was caused because of how Shopify works. When the fulfillment of an order is cancelled prior to it shipping, then Shopify will restock the inventory.
In both of the cases that Haze mentions, I see plainly that the inventory was restocked and then another customer was able to order that inventory again.
In both cases, the second time that it happened, Haze correctly didn't restock the inventory so the same thing didn't happen over and over again.
They could have looked at their inventory history in Shopify to see that Horse had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, despite explaining this to Haze multiple times, they didn't care.
