Vimmi: Live Shopping & Video

This sounded perfect for our business/site but they said I needed to install a code & someone could help me via phone but I have been asking for that help for 2 days now, whether directions by email or phone because I needed to get it done & try it out asap but no reply at all..I cannot work with companies who have poor communication or customer service technical help-I think they may be in another country but unsure-I have asked that also but no response. I am uninstalling at this point.. it is disappointing, as it sounded good but if people can't even get help in the first stage of install-- that to me is a warning.
