Clay • B2B Wholesale Pricing

This app was just what we needed for our store. For the past 2 years, our company has been on Shopify Plus primarily for built-in B2B features. It has been a pain. It was over-engineered and forces you to use New Customer Accounts which have a completely separate account portal with no ability to customize the pages.

The folks at Clay: B2B offer a great solution. We have a wide range of customers with specific pricing needs. They offer the ability to set automatic discounts per customer (% off or $ off) or manual price list with a spreadsheet upload. We utilize all three and it works great for our purposes. Also, it only takes up 1 of 25 active automatic discounts Shopify allows.

They are also incredibly responsive and listen to their customers. I had requested for the ability to sort Customer Groups by name and they implemented the feature within a week. Huge props.

Thanks to Clay: B2B, we are downgrading our Shopify Plus plan to Advanced which will save $26,000 / year. I highly recommend Clay: B2B.
