Simply wow! The impact of EpicApp’s shoppable videos on our website has been incredible. The way the videos blend seamlessly into the store makes the entire website look so much more premium and engaging — it genuinely feels like a big brand experience now.
What impressed us the most is how simple and smooth everything is. Setting up the widgets was super easy, and there was negligible (almost none) impact on our website speed, which was a major concern earlier. Despite adding rich video content, the performance remains solid.
We’ve also clearly seen a boost in our sales after adding these shoppable video widgets. Customers are spending more time on the site and engaging much better with our products.
The support deserves a special mention — Nilanshu has been amazing throughout. Quick responses, very helpful, and always open to feedback and new ideas.
Pricing-wise, it sits in the mid-range, but honestly, every penny is worth it considering the value it delivers. Highly recommended!
