In short: The best customer support experience I've ever had, highly recommend it!

Details: I downloaded this app to get a Yandex feed. It didn't work on my first try, and I was about to delete the app to find another solution. But the next day, before I even deleted it, support contacted me within the app, offering to check the generated feeds and possibly offer assistance if I needed it.
This isn't a chatbot, but a real person. They walk you through all the setup steps, hand-in-hand, with screenshots when necessary (!) When the problem is solved, they thank you (!!). If the problem isn't solved, they send your individual case to their backend for development for a comprehensive solution and further refinement of their app (!!!).
The best, I'm already a fan of yours.
