Amazing customer support, fixed my issue. 100% works quick and easy, affordable. Just make sure to use it in a safari or google search where you can create new tabs, on the Shopify app it stops the pop up download to get labels!

Thank you for updating us — we later found that the issue was related to iPad browser compatibility. The app is now working as expected on Safari (latest version) and all desktop browsers.
