I was always getting messages from customers asking about their order status—my Instagram and WhatsApp were constantly flooded with "Where’s my order?" questions. Since installing the Order Tracking Notifier, I’m so much happier! It’s easy to set up, and now customers can track their own packages without having to reach out. The app’s customization options fit my brand, and it works with multiple carriers. It’s made managing customer expectations way easier. Highly recommend!
