We switched over from BOLD Commerce to Clay and could not be happier. We have had no downtime after more than 6 months of using the application, so for us the app has been very reliable. It also loads fast enough and does not drag down our store performance.
Clay offers responsive and very knowledgeable support.

We are hoping to see some future developments that allow us some form of automated price updates.

*UPDATE*
Clay has added an API endpoint which allows us to push pricing updates straight from our back-end into the Clay app.This is such an important update for us. Thank you for listening to our feedback.
