Installed for auto blocking bots...cannot use this feature on a free plan, so I purchased the basic plan (which is advertised as having this feature as part of the plan)....still doesn't work. I receive an "Updated To Fail" error. Ha! No response from chat feature and there is no option to cancel the subscription anywhere in settings?

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback and I'm genuinely sorry for the experience you had. Reading through your review, you ran into several issues at once, and that's not the experience we want any merchant to have.
Let me address each point directly:

1. The "Updated To Fail" error you encountered on the Basic plan was caused by a sync issue between our auto-blocking engine and Shopify's checkout API. This was identified shortly after your review and has been fully resolved in our update auto-blocking now activates immediately after rule configuration with no manual intervention needed.

2. The auto-block bot feature on the Basic plan: you were absolutely right to expect it to work that's exactly what the plan advertises. Since your review, we've also added a setup wizard that walks merchants through enabling it in under 2 minutes, so the feature works out-of-the-box now.

3. The unanswered chat this one is on us. We've since restructured our support team to guarantee a response within a few hours during business hours, and within 24 hours on weekends. If you ever decide to give us another look, you'll reach a real human, not silence.

4. Subscription cancellation you can now cancel anytime directly from your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Browsify → Uninstall. The billing stops the moment the app is uninstalled, and we've added a clearer note about this in our documentation.
