Temu AliExpress Dropshipping

I downloaded the app, used it for 20 mins, realised it's not what I was after so uninstalled it. STILL got charged a monthly subscription, despite removing it from my site, and now when I try to "contact" them it just redirects me to install the app again, which I cant access unless I sign up AGAIN??
