Retentics: Repeat Orders

Our baby products are age-specific, so it’s important that we recommend the right next item as the baby grows. We couldn’t quite get this to work in Klaviyo. And Retentics finally made it possible to send the right email at the right time for each stage of a baby’s growth. We’re amazed to see how covering that full customer journey has driven so much more revenue. Their app support has also been amazing — always quick to help whenever we need it.
