Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.

It seems we may not have explained the situation clearly in our previous conversation, so please allow me to clarify. Because all products in your store are grouped under a single collection called “All products,” our system was unable to correctly determine which specific items should be offered in the Frequently Bought Together campaign. This caused the app to display unexpected product suggestions.
We have a plan to implement a quick adjustment to better accommodate your request. I kindly ask for a second chance to assist you further, and I would be more than happy to provide one-on-one support to ensure everything works smoothly. I have also sent you an email with additional clarification.
