The app is working pretty good. Only we have an issue with our product reviews. When ask for help we had problems with the spambox that cause some problems with our communication. But when we finaly had contact Ollie help us fast and active way. So i am happy

Thank you so much for updating your review, it really means a lot. I sincerely apologise for the email issues. I’m not entirely sure what was going on there, but we’ll get it sorted.

I’ve checked our support inbox and can see that I replied on the 15th of December. If you didn’t receive it, it may have landed in spam or there was a delivery issue.

I’m very happy to help get this sorted, but I’ll need a bit more detail to investigate properly. Your review mentions product reviews not showing and a possible conflict with Judge.me, but doesn’t include any specific product or page links.

If you can send over a URL where the reviews aren’t appearing, I can take a proper look and work through it with you. I’ll also resend my email now.
