I have already selected and confirmed the paid plan for your app in our Shopify store, but the app is still showing as being on the free plan and the paid features are not available yet.

We need the paid plan features to be activated so we can configure multiple agents and use all functionalities included in the paid subscription.

If possible, please skip or manually end the free trial and activate the paid plan features immediately. Our Shopify billing information is already set up, and we are ready to proceed with the subscription.
