Look everyone tells you to focus on retention and getting that repeat purchase rate up but its impossible if you don’t actually know what your customers drink.
We started using odicci not just for the CRO uplift (which has been massive to be fair) but mainly for the profiling. Instead of just grabbing an email address we’re actually getting data enrichment straight off the bat, asking them if they brew espresso or filter.

Now my segmentation in klaviyo is actually useful because i’m not sending filter coffee offers to espresso drinkers. The email list quality is just way higher because people are actually engaging with it. Makes the whole retention game so much easier when you can send and incentivise relevant offers / discounts that actually gets them to buy again. its basically fixed our issue of having a big list with no engagement.

Dead simple to set up as well. great templates.
