We struggled with customers abandoning carts at our shipping information page. After installing Back2cart, I used the "Live Cart" view to identify this specific drop-off point. I created a simple, automated email triggered at that stage offering a 5% discount on their first order. The insight alone was worth the cost, but the recovered revenue makes it indispensable.
