Since this review comes with one star but zero words, we feel obliged to add a little context to this holiday mystery. 🎄🔍
On December 30, 2025, we received a support ticket because yes, even our app occasionally decides to keep things interesting. 😉 We sent our first response within 16 minutes. After a few messages and a full investigation, we understood the issue, proposed a solution, and implemented the necessary changes, all on the very same day.
Then… silence.
We assumed that no news was good news and entered the New Year feeling cautiously optimistic. We remained in suspense until Shopify delivered the unexpected plot twist: this one-star review. 😢
And that concludes our side of the story. We are still here, still slightly confused, and still happy to continue the conversation.
