So disappointing this won't work on Shopify Basic.

Hi, actually the app will work on any plan for booking shipments however it is a Shopify rule that requires merchants to be on the Grow plan to quote carrier rates in the checkout. I would ask that you reconsider your rating as this is completely out of our control and not the fault of the app.
