Edit: Looks like this app is no longer supported. Support haven't been online in nearly 2 months, and my changes won't reflect on my site. So disappointed - Should have given your users a heads up at least.
Original: This is a great app - I’ve had 26 customers fill out the post-order question so far! It’s just a question asking how they discovered me and it’s actually great to know these answers!
Hi there, thank you for the honest review, and we're sorry. You were right: the app went without support while it changed hands. Drip Apps now owns it, and we've rebuilt it as Drip Surveys. Settings changes now show on your store right away, and real people answer chat in the app and at support@thedripapps.com.
