I cannot recommend installing this application. It is simply too buggy and does not work as advertised. I spent many days setting it up, hopeful it would improve my business, but instead it put my operations at risk. Incorrect inventory tracking and overselling out-of-stock items create a poor customer experience—especially for a business that takes customer trust seriously. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, there has been no resolution or fix, only assurances that the team will “look into it.” Avoid.
