Milople Vat Exemption

This app does not perform as advertised. It does not handle any tax calculation or VAT deduction. It forces us to manually disable Shopify’s built-in “charge tax” setting, which already removes VAT at checkout.

The only function it provides is a tax exemption declaration form. It does not calculate or apply VAT relief to prices, and it does not deduct VAT from VAT-inclusive prices. As a result, it cannot correctly separate VAT-paying customers from VAT-exempt customers when prices are already set VAT-free.

The app description is misleading. It should be marketed as a VAT exemption form only, as it does not provide any automated VAT handling or tax calculation functionality.
