I have been unable to use this app for nearly a month. I tried contacting the developer team through multiple channels, but they have been unresponsive and show little concern for resolving the issue. When I requested a fix, I was told to contact my own development team. This response is unreasonable—if a bug exists in your Shopify app and it completely prevents order synchronization, how is my development team expected to fix a problem within your application?

Overall, the lack of support and accountability makes this app unreliable for business use.
