Sika HSA FSA Payments

This company has been of zero help. They are trying to get me to email my bank account information and not guide me within the app to do so. All email correspondences don't have a name of the person sending me messages which is a bit disturbing. I cannot get in contact with an actual human to help. Sika has been holding my payments and has zero urgency to help me. I am seeking legal counsel at this point because Sika is not helpful at all!
