Wow, I pay $97 for the Pro plan and receive a faulty theme, so it's a premium theme, right? The worst thing I can't change is that the shipping protection is selected by default, but it doesn't appear in the shopping cart; if you select it, it gets added two to three times, or the selection is canceled, and your shopping cart is empty. So I can't open the shop.
So if you're selling a faulty product, don't wonder about bad reviews. How about a support email for contact?
