EDITED TO ADD: AFTER I ADDED A ONE STAR REVIEW, THEY CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG. It was not their fault but it took me leaving a poor review to get any assistance. ------------The support is non existent and none of my collections are showing up since using this app. I've messaged and emailed for days with no help. BEWARE when working with this company. Shopify has been more help than they have!
Thank you for the feedback. We looked into this thoroughly: the collection pages weren't loading because of a speed-optimisation script in the theme and a broken theme integration from a different app — neither part of Ultimate Collection Manager. Diagnosing other apps is outside what we support, but the store was down, so our team traced it, confirmed the cause with the merchant, and fixed it on a copy of the theme. Our app was working correctly throughout. We're always glad to help where we can, and we'll always tell a merchant plainly whether an issue is ours or not.
