Setup was quick and easy, the team is super responsive (shoutout to Mithun!)
works reliably and supports our customer communication effectively
It has replaced our live chat feature, which has taken a substantial amount of workload off of our CS team. The AI is super intuitive and easy to train.
We looked at many chatbots and Bearworks was a great choice.
