Apparently nobody works here. Waiting over a week on a reply to an App issue.

FALSE. The app was installed on Feb 16, email sent to us on Feb 16, and it was replied next morning on Feb 17, review published on Feb 19.
How this is "over the week"? You also had to get response, because we got confirmation from your ticket system. We also tried to contact you again - no response.
It seems to be a false review from competitors to harm this good FREE app .
