Never worked. Charged for app nearly two years. canceled subscription and app continued to charge. Try together refund and no one, Shopify and google rocket app, says the other has to refund.
We’re sorry for the frustration caused. While we didn’t receive a support request regarding the app issue, we always encourage merchants to contact our support team so we can help resolve problems quickly.
Billing is processed through Shopify, and although subscriptions can be canceled at any time, charges and refunds follow Shopify’s billing cycle.
As a goodwill gesture, we processed a refund and remain available to assist with any further concerns.
