We SVB Ventures , installed this App on our store , we set up the condition for COD fees and hide COD basis of condition like Tag = No-COD but the condition was not getting fullfill hence communication sent to support team but no response for 2 days.

Hi Prakash,
Yes, you are correct that there was a delay to response your email since there was a problem with our email server.
But, as you said in the email that the COD functionality is working as expected and you still use it until now. So, I think you should update your feedback so the it will not mislead the other merchants.
