Spending over €250 for nothing, the app is incredibly buggy...it doesn't transcribe the glossary. Customer service is unresponsive...I do not recommend this app.

Regarding the termbase not applying to existing translations, this is currently a limitation in our workflow design. We recognize this caused confusion, and we are already working on an “Apply Termbase” feature that will allow merchants to quickly update existing translations with their termbase.
Our support team had previously corrected the translations based on your termbase. However, we later noticed that the translations were removed, so we sent an email to contact@montableaudeco.com to check if you encountered any issues. When translations are deleted, the corrections we applied are also removed.
We also noticed that you started a new translation task. To make things right, we have fully refunded the credits used for that translation. Additionally, if you need translations for other languages, we’d be happy to help translate them for you.
