One of the best upsell cart drawer apps I have tested. It offers a wide range of features and works very well overall. The only thing currently missing is one crucial feature, which the team has informed me is planned for release in the second half of the year: the ability to trigger upsells at the variant level.
This is particularly important for stores like mine where products have multiple variants. I need to be able to display specific upsell products that are compatible with each individual variant. Once this functionality is added, the app will be extremely powerful and, in my opinion, ahead of most alternatives.
Customer support has been excellent. The team is very responsive and helpful. While they don’t currently offer live chat, they are quick to respond via email and have been very supportive whenever I’ve needed assistance.
I’m currently waiting as long as possible for this new feature because the app is otherwise very strong. If variant-level triggering is added, I believe this app will easily become one of the best upsell cart drawer solutions available.
