We installed this app, due to the non fulfillment of requirements, we uninstall it. but in the monthly billing cycle of Shopify we charged annually. still did not get any kind of refund from their side.
Thank you for flagging this, and we're sorry for the frustration, a billing issue like this deserves a quick resolution. It appears like your trial had passed at the time of uninstall, hence why Shopify processed the charge normally. We've refunded your charge as soon as we received your communication (~March 10 2026), no questions asked :)
