I run a pet supply store and gift season was always a nightmare for support. Customers emailing asking things like what should I get my sister who has two dogs and a cat. That kind of thing ate up so much of my time. Since adding this the questions have dropped off a lot. People seem to just find what they want on their own now. The whole quiz or whatever it is feels fun and the recommendations actually match. Not sure how it works but it does.
